Scarlett Custom Homes
We have put together a team of professionals able to deliver a beautiful, quality home while keeping value in mind.
It was 1985 when Mike Scarlett became a licensed general
contractor in the State of California. He worked with prominent
architects and interiors designers while honing his custom home building
experience in San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe. The
homes range from 3000 – 6000 sq. ft. in a variety of styles for
investors and homeowners. Seeing the high growth rate for residential
construction in the Dallas, Texas area, Mike Scarlett moved in 2004. A
few examples of projects in Dallas include duplexes in the downtown
area, multiple homes in the gated community of Kings Lake in McKinney
and an award winning Parade of Homes house in Forest Hills, Denton.
Taking the energy savings of solar water heaters, geothermal heating and
air, and wind commonly used for decades in the California region, he
has started to integrate these into his Dallas construction.
“Dallas and the surrounding area is the land of opportunity for
responsible and profitable growth. With thoughtful construction and
development, Dallas can grow its Green awareness without sacrificing the
lifestyle of the home owner.”
Mike is currently the founder of Collin County Residential
Services, a networking group of construction professionals meeting once a
week to discuss new projects and technologies used in the building
process.
He is also a member of the Home Builders Association and the Frisco, Texas Chamber of Commerce.
